Canara Bank, a nationalised bank, had organised the Central Government’s Special outreach program for customers on Oct 4th and 5th at Suguna Marriage Hall, Coimbatore.
All nationalised banks, cooperative banks and private sector banks participated in the programme. Various loans like Housing Loans, Vehicle Loans, Education Loans, other personal Loans, Industry loans, Mudra loans, Stand up India loans and Agricultural loans were sanctioned during the programme and an amount of Rs.110 crore was disbursed to 370 beneficiaries.
Canara Bank alone sanctioned Rs.30 Crores to 120 eligible beneficiaries by its Chennai Circle General Manager Sri Abdul Ajish and Coimbatore Region’s DGM Smt KA Sindhu. More than 10000 customers visited the stalls set up by all banks and educated the customers about various schemes available to them by Government of India.
The Customers outreach programme was graced by AGMs Sri Chakravarthy, Sri Ramesh and DM Sri Venkatachalam. The entire event organized and coordinated by Sri Venkataramanan Lead District Manager Coimbatore.
